Can we talk about how good these are? I spent a couple months last fall watching Sailor Moon online (No I’m not ashamed about that…) because a couple friends and I really wanted to be Sailor Scouts for Halloween. (If you’re wondering, it didn’t work out but I’m still determined to pull that off eventually.) Anyway, I found these via Marissa Explains and had a minor freak out because, I mean, what could be better than Sailor Mars in Dries Van Noten SS ‘13? Turns out these amazing drawings are by fellow New Yorker Jerome LaMaar, and there’s even more amazing fashion + cartoon collabs featuring the likes of Daria in Marni, Princess Bubblegum in Chloe, and Betty Boop in Alaia. I’m obsessed with this photo/video even though it’s the girliest thing ever, but how can you pass up adorable French cuteness like that? Plus, Miroslava Duma looks perfect the entire time and I have such a girl crush on her (cc: Marissa Explains). I’m going to need one of these bags ASAP so I can look just as cute 24/7. Just came across these photos over on Booooooom, and they were just too good not to share. Really love the idea of the iconic outfit, and most of these are just instantly recognizable and so well done. I hope Candice Milon does a women’s version soon too.
Can’t stop looking through this slideshow for inspiration - effortless perfection.

I basically have a crush on all the It-Brit-Girls, so of course I love Poppy Delevingne - and I loved this piece Refinery 29 recently did interviewing her on her personal style. She’s definitely become one of my style icons for my personal style and I like what she’s got to say about her look because I definitely dress to my mood as well. Some highlights:
On her personal style: “Temperamental, eclectic, spontaneous… I dress to suit my mood - there’s no method to my madness.”
On the “Brit moment” happening in the States: “The thing I adore the most about the U.S. is that it’s filled with people from all over the world - there’s so much diversity. But, saying that, when a bit homesick, I do love nothing more than hanging out with my Brit friends, doing Brit things like going to the pub or eating baked beans at Tea & Sympathy… Heaven.”

P.S. Tea & Sympathy is, in fact, heaven.

I mean, I need these. The dress on the left also has a cut-out back, so basically it’s perfect. Check out more from Oasis’ London Love Letters collection, like the cutest tote bags, scarves, and even more dresses on their website.
